The role of Waiter / Waitress involves providing high-quality service to guests in various restaurant settings, including Chinese, Western, and barbecue restaurants, as well as assisting with front desk duties at the restaurant reception. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in Chinese, Western, or barbecue restaurants, as well as in customer service or restaurant reception, is highly valued. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for serving others are essential.
