Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
- Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with their inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Prepare and arrange tables before and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality establishments.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
