Job description for Waiter / Waitress at The Banjar Bali
The Banjar Bali is a newly established restaurant in Kuta, Badung, Bali, scheduled to open in October 2026.
We are looking for a Waitress who is friendly, attentive, well-groomed, and passionate about providing excellent service. As part of our opening team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications:
- Female, minimum height 155 cm
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in English
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Able to take food and beverage orders accurately
- Understand basic table service and restaurant procedures
- Able to work well in a team and under pressure
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to details
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
