Job description for Waiter / Waitress at Bali Culinary Pastry School
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare tables, chairs, and dining equipment before service begins.
- Accurately take and communicate guest orders to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant area.
- Provide menu recommendations based on guests’ needs and preferences.
- Handle guest complaints with a positive attitude and report them to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist with restaurant setup and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills, friendly personality, and well-groomed appearance.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work efficiently, be disciplined, and work well as part of a team.
- Physically fit, healthy, and responsive.
