Job Description:

Menyambut dan melayani customer dengan ramah dan profesional.
Mencatat dan memastikan pesanan customer sesuai.
Menyajikan makanan dan minuman sesuai standar.
Memastikan kebersihan dan kerapihan area restoran.
Membantu mempersiapkan kebutuhan operasional outlet.
Menangani kebutuhan dan pertanyaan customer selama berada di outlet.
Memastikan seluruh pelayanan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku.
Bekerja sama dengan seluruh tim untuk menjaga kelancaran operasional outlet.

Requirements:

Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pelayanan yang baik.
Ramah, cekatan, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk weekend dan hari libur.
Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang Food & Beverage.
