Job description for Waiter/Waitress - Walk in Interview at Steak Hotel by HOLYCOW!
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Set table according to type of event and service standards.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait and product availability.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food and/or beverage.
- Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage item to proper area.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship with others, support team to reach common goals.
- Maximum 28 years old.
- Male or Female.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma Degree in Hospitality, Food Beverage or equivalent.
- At least 1 years) of working experience. Hard worker and disciplined.
- Fluent speaking in English.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Able to perform rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.
- Detailed oriented.
- Beverages Experience is plus.
