Placement & Training
This position will be based at Island Kitchen Canggu.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality service.
- Customer Service: Friendly, energetic, and able to provide excellent service to guests.
- Communication: Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during events and busy hours.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to take accurate orders and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Passion for Hospitality: Enjoy creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Must be based in Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages accurately.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Support operations during events, tournaments, and busy periods.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
