BIKO GROUP INDONESIA is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waitresses, Waiters, and Hosts/Greeters. These roles are pivotal in ensuring that our guests have a seamless and delightful experience from the moment they step into our restaurants. As a Waitress or Waiter, you will be responsible for serving customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Your interactions with guests will be key in shaping their perception of our brand. As a Host or Greeter, you will welcome patrons and assist them with seating arrangements, providing them with a warm and inviting greeting that sets the tone for their visit. We are looking for candidates who possess a female gender, have completed their secondary education (SMA/SMK level), and have between one to three years of experience in the restaurant industry. Ideal candidates should excel in customer service, demonstrating excellent teamwork skills, proficiency in using Point of Sale systems, fluency in English, and familiarity with Western restaurant practices. Additionally, experience in restaurant reception and administration, along with restaurant reservations management, would be highly beneficial.
