Job description for Waiter/Waitress (Established Cafe) at Renjana Hospitality
A well-established café and dining venue in the Uluwatu area is looking for Waiters / Waitresses to join its growing service team.
The venue offers an all-day dining experience with a diverse selection of Asian, Indonesian, and European dishes, alongside quality coffee. We are looking for service-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people and take pride in creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
- Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest requests
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to service standards
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other service team members
- Follow restaurant policies, service procedures, and hygiene standards
- Support other daily operational duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, attentive, and confident when interacting with guests
- Good command of English
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Well-presented, professional, and positive in attitude
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
