As a Waiter/Waitress at CHOOK AND ROO'S', you will be an integral part of our dynamic hospitality team in Badung, Bali. This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Delivering orders promptly and ensuring high-quality presentation
Anticipating customers' needs and providing attentive service
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Assisting with side duties such as food preparation and stocking
Resolving any customer queries or complaints in a professional manner
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
