Waiter/Waitress (Based in Bali)

Job Description

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

• Assist with table setup and clearing.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.

• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer service oriented.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Good command of English is preferred.

• Honest, responsible, and well-groomed.

• Willing to be based in Bali.

Benefits

• Basic salary: IDR 3,800,000 per month.

• Meal allowance: IDR 30,000 per working day.
