Job Descriptions
- Welcoming customers, guiding them to their tables, and providing menus.
- Accurately recording food and drink orders, often using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Delivering orders to the correct tables, ensuring food is presented well, and providing necessary condiments or accompaniments.
- Monitoring tables, anticipating needs, answering questions about the menu, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Presenting bills, processing payments (cash, credit card), and providing change.
- Clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Education level SMA/SMK.
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in the same field in 4/5 star Hotel.
- Excellent communication in English, have a great interpersonal skills, with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen staff and other servers to provide seamless service.
