Job Description:
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner;
- Deliver food and beverages according to service standards;
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area and guest area at all times;
- Provide menu recommendations to guests;
- Handle guest complaints properly and provide effective solutions;
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school/vocational high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent;
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage;
- Neat and clean appearance;
- Good communication skills, friendly personality, and positive attitude;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays;
- Placement at Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong, Canggu - Bali.
