Job description for Vulnerability Remediation Coordinator at PT Cywa Informatika Algoritma
As a Vulnerability Remediation Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating vulnerability remediation activities across systems and teams. This role focuses on tracking remediation progress, supporting communication between technical teams and users, and ensuring remediation tasks are executed according to agreed timelines and priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end patching activities across servers, endpoints, network devices, and middleware.
- Map application owners, send approval requests, and track downtime permissions.
- Develop daily/weekly patching schedules and batch planning.
- Track SLA performance, vulnerability aging, and remediation status.
- Communicate with engineers, application teams, and vendors to ensure execution readiness.
- Maintain patching tracker, documentation, and reporting dashboards (Excel-based).
- Support vulnerability lifecycle governance and compliance auditing.
- Escalate technical risks to Technical Lead/Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Basic understanding of OS, security, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiar with Excel, reporting, and administrative processes.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Willing to work in shift schedules.
