Job description for Volunteer Recruitment Marketing Intern at Inspiration Factory Foundation
What you’ll do:
- Market our volunteer programs and achieve volunteer recruitment targets.
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Brainstorm and create engaging marketing content and promotional materials for volunteering opportunities.
- Research and identify potential volunteer communities, universities, organizations, and platforms for outreach.
- Conduct outreach to prospective volunteers and maintain an organized contact database.
- Respond to volunteer inquiries and nurture applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor application numbers, conversion rates, and recruitment performance, then prepare regular reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate the volunteer onboarding process, including organizing WhatsApp groups, sharing orientation and training materials, and collecting required forms and feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand volunteer needs and ensure recruitment aligns with program requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the volunteer recruitment journey and overall candidate experience.
