🚀 We're Looking for a Head of People Development (Volunteer)!
At Berbagi Cerita Indonesia | MindLink Group, we're looking for a passionate leader to join our Human Capital team as our Head of People Development. In this role, you'll shape how our volunteers learn, grow, and thrive throughout their journey with us.
✨ What You'll Lead
- Design and oversee volunteer onboarding and administration.
- Develop learning and capacity-building programs.
- Coordinate mid-term and final volunteer evaluations.
- Create initiatives that enhance volunteer engagement and experience.
- Lead and mentor the People Development team.
- Collaborate with other division heads to strengthen volunteer development across the organization.
🎯 We're Looking for Someone Who
- Is a final-year undergraduate student or graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Has experience in leadership roles within organizations, communities, or volunteer initiatives.
- Is passionate about Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Volunteer Management.
- Has strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Is proactive, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful impact.
