🤝 We're Looking for a Volunteer Partnership Officer!

Berbagi Cerita Indonesia | MindLink Group is looking for a Volunteer Partnership Officer to help us establish and strengthen partnerships with universities, organizations, communities, and companies across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

✨ What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential partners aligned with BCI's mission and programs.
- Initiate communication and build relationships with prospective and existing partners.
- Prepare professional partnership documents, including emails, proposals, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate partnership activities with internal divisions to ensure smooth execution of collaborative programs.
- Support the preparation and administration of partnership agreements and MoUs.
- Maintain and update the partnership database while monitoring collaboration progress.
- Assist in evaluating partnership outcomes and identifying opportunities for future collaboration.
🎯 We're Looking for Someone Who
- Holds or is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (all majors are welcome).
- Has experience in student organizations, communities, volunteering, public relations, business development, or partnership-related activities (preferred).
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is confident in writing professional emails, proposals, and presentation materials using Google Workspace or Canva.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Has strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Has an interest in mental health, education, community development, or social impact initiatives.
