WE’RE HIRING: Visual Production
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Visual Production professional to join our creative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute video shoots for corporate videos, events, podcasts, and branding content.
- Set up and manage camera, lighting, basic audio, and talent blocking.
- Operate DSLR, mirrorless, stabilizers, and lighting equipment.
- Deliver visuals aligned with producer direction and creative concepts.
- Archive and manage footage, ensuring optimal shoot quality.
- Support both on-site and off-site production processes.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Videography
- Proficient in operating DSLR/mirrorless and cinema cameras (Sony FX, Blackmagic, Canon C-series, etc.).
- Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, depth of field, and camera movement.
- Experienced in 3-point lighting, softbox, RGB lighting, and basic studio setup.
- Capable of directing talents, managing blocking, and controlling on-set production flow.
Video Editing
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Familiar with DaVinci Resolve (plus point).
- Able to perform color grading, basic audio mixing, and craft strong visual storytelling.
Motion Graphics
- Skilled in Adobe After Effects (basic–intermediate): typography animation, lower thirds, logo reveal, and simple transitions.
- Able to create simple visual assets (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma)
Supporting Knowledge
- Understand script breakdown, shot list, and storyboard.
- Familiar with content format standards for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Basic audio handling (lav mic, boom mic, ambient control) is a plus.
Employment Type : 1-Year Contract (Full-Time), high-performing candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance evaluation and company needs.
