Job description for Visual Merchandising Supervisor at PT Miranda Moda Indonesia
Job Description:
1. Develop and implement Visual Merchandising strategies that align with RiaMiranda’s brand direction, collection, campaign, and commercial priorities.
2. Create and manage store display concepts and VM calendars, including product grouping, color stories, focal points, and display priorities.
3. Ensure VM execution across all stores follows brand guidelines and standards, covering window displays, mannequins, walls, tables, signage, lighting, and overall store appearance.
4. Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to identify gaps, provide corrective actions, and ensure all display updates are executed on time.
5. Develop commercial-driven displays that support sales performance by highlighting key products such as new arrivals, high-stock, slow-moving, high-potential, and campaign products.
6. Collaborate with Retail Operation, Merchandising, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support store openings, renovations, events, campaigns, and other business initiatives.
7. Monitor and evaluate VM performance through store visits, VM scorecards, before-after documentation, and sales analysis, while providing insights and improvement recommendations to management.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or related fields, with 2–3 years of Visual Merchandising experience and at least 2 years in a Supervisor/Coordinator/Team Leader role.
2. Strong knowledge of Visual Merchandising, styling, store zoning, product grouping, color story, window display, and customer journey.
3. Strong visual sense, creativity, commercial mindset, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
4. Experienced in handling multiple stores and conducting store visits. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Adobe/Canva and other design tools are a plus.
5. Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
