Job description for Visual Merchandiser at PT Tomorrow World Internasional
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Arts, Fashion, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, or store display decoration.
- Strong understanding of layout, color, lighting, and visual storytelling to attract customers.
- Able to develop product display concepts aligned with brand image and current trends.
- Comfortable working with deadlines, targets, and cross-functional teams (store, marketing, design).
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software) are a plus.
- Willing to travel to set up displays across multiple store locations.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and highly aware of current market and retail trends.
