Open Position for Visual Merchandiser - Junior Level
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for presenting in-store experience that reflect the brand's vision, identity and exclusivity through product display and store layouts. This role involves more than product arrangement, it is the art of storytelling and building connection with the customers, ensuring the visual presentation consistently aligned with DNA of the brand and towards the sales enhancement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum education D3/S1 in Graphic Design or Visual Communication or Spatial Design or Interior Design or Retail or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in a prestigious luxury fashion brand
• Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser, a portfolio is required.
• Willing to work mobile from one store to another.
• Able to keep update with current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Love to be creative and explore new ideas within visual merchandising
Main tasks:
• Creating the visual presentation of stores following the guideline provided, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product arrangements.
• Creating focal points, understand and able to use lighting effectively, and balance aesthetics with functionality to make products more appealing.
• Ensure that every display is consistent with the overall brand's DNA and aesthetic
• Presenting fresh or unique ideas, according to the brand's positioning, to regularly rotate displays to maintain a sense of novelty and encourage repeat visits
• Able to collaborate with other department to ensure the visual merchandising strategy align with the campaign and drives sales
Skills:
• Microsoft Office professional
• Ability to work with SketchUp is a plus
Working Hours:
10 AM to 7 PM , 5 days a week
