Visual Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement visual merchandising concepts for stores, window displays, mannequins, and product displays.
* Ensure store displays are aligned with the brand identity and company standards.
* Arrange product layouts and displays to enhance customer experience and support sales.
* Create visual concepts for campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
* Conduct regular store visits, monitor implementation, and provide improvements when needed.
* Collaborate with Store, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute visual programs.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in retail/fashion.
* Strong aesthetic sense, creative, detail-oriented, and familiar with retail display principles.
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW; AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus.
* Good communication and teamwork skills, with willingness to conduct regular store visits.
