Key Responsibilities :
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social media, campaigns, catalogs, monthly promotions, and other brand communication materials.
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static graphics, motion graphics, and video content.
- Transform and repurpose existing video footage from catalog shoots, campaigns, photoshoots, and other content productions into various creative outputs and formats.
- Edit and adapt existing content to create fresh and relevant assets for different social media platforms and campaign needs.
- Develop monthly promotional materials, including posters, banners, social media assets, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
- Provide creative ideas, visual references, and moodboards for each campaign or project as a visual direction before production.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams to develop campaign concepts and content.
- Ensure all visual content is aligned with the brand identity, campaign direction, and target audience.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual improvements for packaging, ensuring the design remains relevant, appealing, and aligned with the brand.
- Adapt designs and video content into various sizes, formats, and specifications according to platform requirements.
- Research current trends in social media, graphic design, motion graphics, video, fashion/lifestyle, and visual communication to develop relevant and up-to-date content.
- Maintain and organize design assets, raw footage, templates, and creative files systematically.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure all creative deliverables are completed accurately and within the agreed timeline.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Visual Content Designer, Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, Multimedia Designer, or in a similar creative role.
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Proficient in design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current visual trends.
- Ability to transform a single footage or campaign asset into multiple creative content outputs.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop ideas, visual references, and moodboards for campaigns.
- Good aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
