Job description for Visa Spesialist at Anugrah Group
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Visa Staff or Work Permit Specialist
• Experienced in handling foreign worker documents, especially for Chinese employees
• Familiar with ITAS, work visa, and foreign worker legal permit processes
• Able to communicate and coordinate well with internal and external parties regarding document processing
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Mandarin language skills will be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle visa application, extension, and monitoring processes for foreign workers
• Manage ITAS (Limited Stay Permit) processing for foreign employees to ensure legal employment status
• Ensure all foreign worker documents are complete and comply with regulations
• Coordinate with related institutions regarding foreign worker document processing
• Prepare reports regarding visa validity, ITAS, and other legal documents
• Communicate with foreign workers and PICs regarding visa and work permit administration
• Monitor timelines and ensure all document processes are completed on time
