Job description for Visa Officer (Admission) at Education Republic
JOB SCOPE :
- Processing visa applications, especially visas for study abroad
- Check the completeness of documents received from students and prepare them for visa submission
- Communicate the progress of student visa applications to partner universities and relevant embassy offices
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments and other relevant departments to finalise student visa applications to universities and embassies
- Assist and support in every pre-departure preparation process
- Perform other relevant administrative tasks required by the company
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or related
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using computers and relevant software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client-facing settings
- High level of integrity, discretion, and cultural awareness when handling sensitive information
- Prior experience in immigration, consular services, or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
