Job description for Visa & Legal Officer at On The Way - Bali

As a Immigration Services Team / Legal Officer, Will assist customers in handling Visa and Residence Permit applications in indonesia.

Your responsibilities include :

- Managing Visa, Kitas & Kitap ( Consultation, Document Checking, Submission, until Visa Issued )
- Delivering accurate information regarding immigration procedures based on the latest regulations
- Proactively creating and improving SOP for immigration services

Qualifications :

- Experience in Visa/Immigration handling
- Good communication skills in english ( Spoken & Written )
- Detail oriented, communicative, and highly service focused
