As a Mortgage Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting mortgage brokers throughout the loan application process. You will assist in collecting and reviewing client documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with clients and lenders, and ensuring applications progress smoothly from submission to settlement. You will play a key role in delivering excellent administrative support while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Mortgage Virtual Assistant, Loan Processor, Mortgage Broker Assistant, or in a similar role.
Understanding of mortgage and home loan processes.
Experience handling mortgage-related documentation, including income verification and supporting documents.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lender portals is a plus.
