* Understand and manage MMORPG/RPG game systems
* Handle user complaints and feedback on Facebook & Discord
* Manage top-up pending cases (delayed top-ups)
* Provide customer service support related to in-game issues
* Manage and engage gaming communities on Facebook Fan Pages & Discord
* Willing to work night shifts if needed
* Able to understand English
