Job description for Villa supervisor at Amaar Bali Management
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Villa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our villas and ensure our guests receive a high standard of service. The Villa Supervisor will coordinate the villa team, monitor property standards, communicate with guests and owners when required, and ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily villa operations and staff.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, pool cleaning, gardening and other villa services.
- Conduct regular villa inspections and ensure the property is clean, well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Check villas before guest arrivals and after guest departures.
- Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with contractors and technicians.
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules and daily task allocation.
- Communicate with guests regarding operational requests and resolve issues professionally.
- Report serious guest, maintenance or operational issues to management.
- Monitor villa inventory, amenities, linen and cleaning supplies.
About you
- Previous experience in villa, hotel or hospitality operations.
- Previous supervisory or team-leader experience preferred.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple villas and tasks at the same time.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, responsible and proactive.
- Able to work independently and manage a team.
- Good English communication skills.
- Indonesian language required.
