Job description for Villa Reservation Staff at Amazing Bali Venture
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in hospitality and handling reservations
- Familiarity with reservation systems and property management software.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation
Responsibilities:
- Process bookings and manage availability of the villa.
- Handling reservations and inquiries through email or booking platforms.
- Solving customer's issues
- Communicate effectively with villa managers regarding guest requests.
