We’re Hiring: Multi-Property Villa Manager

Are you a strategic leader who thrives on managing multiple properties and optimizing performance across a portfolio? Do you have the foresight to see the big picture while ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly?

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Multi-Property Villa Manager to join our growing team in Bali. This is an in-house, high-level position based in Nusa Dua, Badung, where you will act as the owner’s right hand and take full strategic ownership of a portfolio of 5 villas stepping in above the individual Villa Operational Managers to ensure consistency, profitability, and excellence across all units.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  1. Portfolio Oversight: Take full charge of the business operations across 5 villa properties, ensuring seamless performance, profitability, and brand consistency.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide the Villa Operational Managers at each property, acting as the bridge between on-site teams and the owner.
  3. Owner Representation: Act as the owner’s primary representative across all business units, making high-level decisions and providing regular strategic updates.
  4. Project & Quality Control: Oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across the portfolio, ensuring quality standards are met on time and within budget.
  5. Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate and strengthen relationships with key vendors, external partners, and service providers for all 5 properties.
  6. Administrative Support: Work closely with the internal admin team to streamline reporting, budgeting, and administrative workflows.
  7. Revenue & Distribution Strategy: Take the lead on optimizing property performance through strategic pricing, inventory distribution, and channel management.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple villa properties (at least 3–5 units) simultaneously, not just a single standalone villa.
  3. PMS & OTA Mastery: Must have strong, hands-on experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.). You should be comfortable with channel managers, rate optimization, inventory distribution, and using data analytics to drive occupancy.
  4. Leadership: Strong leadership and people-management skills—you know how to motivate operational managers and hold them accountable.
  5. Mindset: Resilient, proactive, fast-responsive, and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  6. Organization: Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management skills.
  7. Communication: Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (proficient), capable of working with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
  8. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace and modern digital management tools.

Benefit Package

  1. Base salary: Rp 10,000,000 – Rp 12,000,000 (depending on experience)
  2. Meal allowance: Rp 20,000 per working day
