We’re Hiring: Villa Operational Manager (Bali-Based)
Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves making things run seamlessly behind the scenes?
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Villa Operational Manager to become the owner’s right hand and play a key role in driving our growing business in Bali.
This is a unique in-house position based in Nusa Dua, Badung, where you’ll be involved in various operations, especially within the villa management sector.
🚀 What You’ll Do
* Take charge of daily business operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
* Act as the owner’s representative across multiple business units
* Oversee and monitor villa construction projects, ensuring quality and progress
* Perform quality control to maintain high operational standards
* Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners
* Support administrative processes alongside the internal admin team
* Provide regular updates and step in on behalf of the owner when required
👤 Who We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Strong leadership skills with a resilient and proactive mindset
* Fast, responsive, and solution-oriented
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills — able to work with teams and external partners
* Tech-savvy (comfortable with Google Workspace & digital tools)
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Proficient in English
