HIRING FOR THE BALINESE VILLA AGENCY
We are seeking a skilled and reliable MEP Technician with strong all-round technical experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to support the daily maintenance and operation of our villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently, safely, and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily repairs and maintenance across villa properties.
- Perform basic electrical work (lamps, switches, minor power issues).
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including minor issues in panels and circuits.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical installations and prevent potential hazards.
- Maintain and repair issues pipes, water systems, taps, toilets, and drainage.
- Detects and fix leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues.
- Assist with painting, patching, silicone work, door locks, handles, and general repairs.
- Conduct routine checks on AC units, water heaters, pumps, and other villa equipment.
- Travel between multiple villa locations in the Uluwatu area.
- Report major or complex issues to the supervisor.
- Follow assigned maintenance schedules and tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician / MEP Maintenance Technician.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and standards
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Preferably based in or near the Uluwatu area or willing to commute to that area.
