Job description for Villa Manager at PT Global Indep Consultants Indonesia
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Villa Manager (All-Rounder) to support and oversee our villa operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, takes ownership, and can balance guest experience with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team (scheduling, standards, and daily guidance)
• Ensure quality control across all villas, including pre-arrival inspections, in-stay checks, and post-departure audits
• Manage on-site guest services, including check-ins, greetings, issue resolution, and escalations
• Handle real-time guest communication (WhatsApp during stays, complaints, and special requests)
• Coordinate with all division heads to resolve maintenance or operational issues affecting the guest experience
• Act as the on-site representative and the “face” of Sisi Property Management
Requirements:
• Previous experience in villa management, hospitality, or hotel operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and highly organized
• Comfortable handling guest complaints and high-pressure situations
• Flexible with working hours and able to respond to operational needs
