Job Requirements
- Pasion in Hospitality field
- Fresh graduate ( less experience)
- All Majors ( Hospitality are prefered)
- Understanding Management Villa, hospitality service and guest handling.
- Able to lead team and good communication.
- Willing to work flexible hours (weekends/holidays).
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the villa (housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening).
- Ensure that the villa meets standards for cleanliness, comfort, and safety in accordance with SOPs.
- Manage and supervise villa staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved professionally.
- Managing external vendors (laundry, maintenance, landscapers).
- Controlling the villa’s operational costs within budget.
- Conducting routine inspections of the villa’s building, facilities, and equipment.
- Coordinating with the management team regarding unit availability and readiness.
- Preparing operational and financial reports for the villa to be submitted to management.
- Completing villa maintenance tasks that do not require external vendors
