Tjendana Kanaka Villa is a private villa property located in Ubud, offering a peaceful and personalized stay experience surrounded by the natural beauty of Bali. As part of TRM Hospitality, the villa focuses on warm Balinese hospitality, attentive service, and memorable guest experiences.
The Villa Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operation of the villa, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and leading the team to achieve operational and business targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Villa Manager, Resort Manager, or similar managerial position
- Strong experience in villa/hotel operations and guest relations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Guest-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage daily operations, staff, vendors, and villa facilities
- Good understanding of financial and operational management
- Well-presented, professional, and hands-on
- Strong knowledge of Ubud hospitality market is an advantage
- Able to join immediately or within a short notice period
