VILLA MANAGER
Location: Pererenan, Bali
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and WhatsApp support.
Handle guest requests and emergencies.
Lead and manage staff, including setting schedules and daily tasks.
Conduct weekly team meetings and performance checks.
Inspect the villa and coordinate repairs and vendors.
Monitor stock and supplies and prepare monthly expense reports.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in a villa, hotel, or property management is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience in staff management.
Basic knowledge of maintenance.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
6 days per week
8 hours per day
On-call for emergencies
