Job Opportunity: Hands-On Villa Manager & Housekeeper – Munduk, Bali
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Hands-On Villa Manager for our beautiful property in Munduk.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines warm guest hospitality with exceptional housekeeping. If you take pride in creating welcoming experiences and maintaining pristine spaces in one of Bali's most scenic regions, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
As the Villa Manager and Housekeeper, you will be the face of the villa and the primary point of contact for our guests. You will ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure, while also taking full responsibility for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly and professionally.
- Hospitality: Act as the main point of contact during the guests' stay, answering questions, providing local Munduk recommendations, and ensuring their comfort.
- Housekeeping: Perform thorough daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces to maintain high hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Inventory & Linen: Manage laundry duties, change linens, and keep track of villa inventory (cleaning supplies, guest amenities, coffee/tea).
- Maintenance Checks: Inspect the villa regularly and promptly report any damages, maintenance issues, or necessary repairs to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping and guest relations within a villa, resort, or boutique hotel in Bali.
- Good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively with international guests.
- High standards of cleanliness and a strong eye for detail.
- Honest, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Munduk area.
