Job description for Villa Manager (Canggu) at PT Stilt Studios Design
What will you do :
Be at the front office for the guests — welcome them, check in on them daily, reachable around the clock while they stay
Arrange whatever the stay needs: lunch and dinner, private chef, transport, yoga, spa, days out in Canggu and Ubud
Keep a live book of trusted contacts - restaurants, delivery, drivers, chefs, wellness and entertainment partners — and build new collaborations
Supervise housekeeping and back of house so every villa is ready before the guest walks in
Collect reviews, answer feedback, track guest satisfaction, and handle Family Village residents' requests
Key Qualifications :
Experience with luxury boutique properties preferred with direct reporting structure to the owner
Needs to understand luxury hospitality
Experience in the Bali market preferred
Ideally coming from an SM or FB background is preferred.
Needs to bring dynamism to push projects forward and not just keep things afloat
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred
Proven ability to drive profit contribution and increase revenue
Excellent people management and talent development skills, with experience leading large teams
