Villa Manager & Guest Relations

About The Role :

We are seeking an outstanding, polished, and highly professional Villa Manager & Guest Relations to oversee two adjoining premium 4-bedroom villas located in Pererenan, Bali. As the primary face and point of contact for our properties, you will seamlessly combine high-touch guest relations with hands-on operational management. Your mission is to deliver an exceptional guest experience, build warm and trusted relationships, and maintain impeccable property standards through daily inspections and proactive leadership. This role offers a flexible working model with daily physical inspections required on-site, while administrative duties can be managed remotely. As operations run smoothly, the role will progressively expand to oversee an additional villa in Berawa.

Key Responsibilities :

• Guest Relations & Experience :

- Act as the main point of contact for guests from pre-arrival to departure

- Personally welcome and farewell guests whenever reasonably possible, creating a warm, trusted, and memorable stay

- Proactively address guest inquiries, special requests, feedback, and complaints with tact and professionalism

- Encourage positive guest reviews following successful stays

• Operations & Housekeeping Supervision :

- Build, schedule, and supervise a dedicated housekeeping team, ensuring proper coverage for peak days, religious holidays, and simultaneous turnovers

- inspections of the villas, ensuring impeccable standards for cleanliness, linen quality, amenities, lighting, AC, pool/garden presentation, and overall guest readiness.

• Maintenance & Vendor Management :

- Coordinate with trusted handymen and specialist technicians (AC, plumbing, electrical) and follow up on all repairs through to completion

- Manage inventory, purchasing, supplier deliveries, and stock of villa amenities and linens

• Concierge Services & Local Networking :

- Organize bespoke concierge services using a strong local network of reliable providers (e.g., professional drivers, private chefs, massage therapists, nannies, surf instructors, activities)

• Reporting & Emergency On - Call :

- Maintain operational checklists, track incidents, and prepare basic reports using Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp

- Remain reachable outside regular working hours for genuine guest or property emergencies when on duty

Requirements (Non-Negotiable) :

• Languages : Full fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Local Experience : Strong recent hospitality or villa management experience in Canggu, Pererenan, or surrounding areas
• Local Network : An established and reliable network of local Bali service providers (drivers, private chefs, massage therapists, technicians, etc.)
• Presentation & Personality : Impeccable personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene. Warm, engaging, tactful, naturally hospitable, and highly trustworthy
• Operational Capability : Proven track record in housekeeping supervision, premium quality control, and proactive problem-solving
• Mobility & License : Possess own motorbike/transportation and a valid driving license
• Availability : Flexible schedule aligned with booking occupancy, check-in/out schedules, and on-call availability for genuine emergencies
• Lifestyle & Trust : Non-smoker, discreet, and able to provide a minimum of 2 verifiable professional references

Highliy Valued (Nice to Have) :

• 3+ years of experience in luxury/premium villas, boutique hospitality, or high-level guest relations
• Demonstrated experience hosting international guests, families, and larger groups
• Basic familiarity with Airbnb and OTA operations
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages beyond English and Bahasa Indonesia
