Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs around the villa.
- Maintain the swimming pool to ensure cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Take care of the garden and outdoor landscaping.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure the villa's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Report maintenance issues and assist with operational needs as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in villa, hotel, or property maintenance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
- Experience in gardening and pool maintenance is an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work full-time.
