💼 What You’ll Do?
- Lead end-to-end video creation from concepting, producing, and editing to delivering final visual assets.
- Transform pre-existing footage and photo assets into compelling, high-converting video content.
- Perform hands-on camera operation, lighting, and audio setup for on-location shoots when required.
- Execute all productions strictly against approved written shot lists and creative briefs.
- Deliver first-cut edits within the agreed turnaround window and manage revisions within a 2-round cap.
- Differentiate visual tone and aesthetic direction across distinct brand units (Aluminium, Lifestyle, and F&B).
- Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers on motion graphics and hybrid visual assets.
- Maintain camera kits, verify production equipment before shoots, and archive raw footage within 3 days.
🔍 What We’re Looking For?
- Proven experience as a Video Producer, Videographer, or Video Editor.
- Strong capability in storyboarding, concept development, and creative direction.
- High proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Solid technical skills in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio capture for field shoots.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and processing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
- Strict workflow discipline, brief-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management with a focus on delivery discipline and deadline compliance.
- Proactive communicator confident in managing briefs, collaborating with teams, and solving production gaps.
