Job description for Videographer at PT. Magic Garden Cafe
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Create video content covering food & beverages, restaurant atmosphere, events, promotions, staff activities, and daily operations.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for social media content.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other video equipment.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos according to the brand's visual identity.
- Add music, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, color correction, and other necessary elements.
- Capture high-quality food and beverage visuals with attention to composition and detail.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Social Media team to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Ensure all content is delivered according to the agreed content calendar and deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video files, footage, and digital assets properly.
- Assist with photo and video production for special events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or similar position.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong skills in video shooting and editing.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, camera movement, and storytelling.
- Familiar with creating engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Creative, proactive, and able to develop fresh content ideas.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or during events when required.
- Portfolio of previous video work is required.
