Tanggung Jawab:

- Merencanakan, syuting, dan mengedit konten video untuk kebutuhan promosi, sosial media, campaign, atau dokumentasi perusahaan

- Melakukan proses pra-produksi (riset konsep, storyboard, shot list) hingga pasca-produksi (editing, color grading, sound design)

- Mengoperasikan kamera, lighting, dan audio recording saat proses syuting

- Mengedit footage menjadi video yang menarik, sesuai brief, timeline, dan target platform

- Mengelola dan mengarsipkan file/footage dengan rapi

- Memastikan kualitas output video (resolusi, format, kompresi) sesuai standar publikasi

Kualifikasi

- Pendidikan minimal S1, semua jurusan (diutamakan Broadcasting, DKV, Film, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait)

- Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar, diutamakan yang punya pengalaman magang/freelance di bidang videografi

- Memiliki portofolio yang kuat (wajib melampirkan link portofolio/showreel)

- Menguasai software editing seperti Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut

- Memahami teknik dasar sinematografi: komposisi, framing, pencahayaan, dan pergerakan kamera

- Menguasai motion graphics menjadi nilai tambah

- Familiar dengan kamera DSLR/ Fujifilm XT3/ DJI dan peralatan pendukung (gimbal, tripod, lighting, mic)

- Memahami dasar color grading dan sound editing

- Kreatif, punya sense of storytelling yang baik, dan update dengan tren konten digital

- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline ketat dan multitasking

- Teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
