Job description for Videographer / Operator Kamera at PT. FUTURE FINEST INDONESIA (Finest Future)

Tanggung Jawab :

1. Mengoperasikan kamera selama live streaming berlangsung.

2. Mengikuti arahan Director / Vision Mixer (switcher).

3. Menjaga framing, fokus, dan komposisi gambar tetap stabil dan rapi.

4. Melakukan pergerakan kamera (pan, tilt, tracking) sesuai kebutuhan shot.

5. Mengikuti ritme musik dan koreografi untuk menangkap momen penting penari.

6. Memastikan kamera siap digunakan sebelum live (setup sederhana & pengecekan).

7. Menjaga konsistensi gambar selama durasi live tanpa gangguan.

Kualifikasi Kandidat :

1. Mengerti dasar pengoperasian kamera video.

2. Bisa menggunakan tripod (fluid head) dengan stabil.

3. Mampu mengikuti instruksi dengan cepat saat live.

4. Fokus tinggi dan tidak mudah panik saat siaran langsung.

5. Punya kemampuan dasar membaca movement panggung/dance (nilai tambah).

6. Pengalaman sebagai camera operator live/multicam lebih diutamakan.
