Job description for Videographer Internship at VhiSOMO
VhiSOMO is a creative digital agency working with leading FMCG and lifestyle brands. We are looking for a Videographer Intern who is not only comfortable behind the camera, but also capable of editing and shaping video content into strong brand communication.
Responsibilities :
- Support video production for digital content and marketing campaigns.
- Operate camera and basic production equipment for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Handle video editing tasks, including cutting, basic color correction, audio adjustment, and subtitles.
- Collaborate with creative, social media, and strategy teams to execute content ideas.
- Assist in pre-production and post-production processes based on creative briefs.
Requirements :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from a reputable university (majoring in Film, Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or related fields).
- Strong interest and basic experience in videography and video editing.
- Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Good visual sense, storytelling ability, and understanding of video pacing.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willing to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
- Portfolio is required (academic, personal, freelance, or internship projects).
Nice to Have :
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
- Understanding of vertical video formats and current digital content trends.
- Interest in advertising, branding, and creative industry.
