Job description for VIDEOGRAPHER & VIDEO EDITOR at Abera Cosmetic
🎯 JOB OBJECTIVE
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to turn ideas and scripts from the Leader into high-quality video and visual content for Social Media platforms (especially TikTok & E-commerce platforms).
- The ideal candidate must understand Indonesian audience preferences and be able to produce content that aligns with brand aesthetics while driving engagement and conversions.
🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A. Filming & Photography
- Execute video shooting and product photography based on scripts and creative direction from the Leader Content Creator.
- Set up lighting, composition, camera angles, and audio recording using both professional cameras and smartphones.
- Collaborate closely with talents during filming under the Leader’s direction.
- Ensure high-quality visual output that matches platform standards (TikTok, Reels, etc.).
- Manage and maintain all company-provided equipment (camera, lighting, props, accessories).
- B. Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-performing short videos.
- Add Indonesian subtitles, select suitable background music, sound effects, transitions, and visual effects aligned with local trends.
- Optimize video format and structure according to each platform’s technical requirements.
- Revise videos based on feedback from the Leader until final approval.
- Ensure all content complies with Brand Guidelines and company standards.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video filming and editing (experience in TikTok / short-form content is highly preferred).
- Proficient in PC editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of lighting setup, camera handling, framing, and audio recording.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced E-commerce environment.
- Mandatory: Must submit Portfolio (video works or social media projects).
