Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Editor to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production process, from capturing high-quality footage to editing polished videos that align with our brand’s guidelines and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard compelling content, ensuring it effectively communicates our brand message.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire video production process, from content shooting to final editing.
• Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment, ensuring correct lighting, composition, and audio quality.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives for campaigns and social media.
• Handle all aspects of shooting, including talent direction and location/stage setup according to the storyboard provided by the social media team.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video content that effectively communicates brand messages and meets marketing objectives.
• Develop assets and materials for content production for various brands.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in video production and editing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Media, DKV, Film, Communication, or a related field.
• Min of 2-3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• WFO (Mon-Fri), Jakarta Based.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing tools.
• Knowledge of shooting equipment, including cameras, mics and lighting.
• Strong understanding of video composition, color grading, and sound design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
