Videographer & Editor

PT Tenaga Kanggo Indonesia (Kanggo) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to produce engaging visual content that supports our branding, marketing, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, company branding, and promotional purposes

• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment during production

• Edit raw footage into engaging videos with proper transitions, audio, color grading, subtitles, and motion graphics

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content concepts and storytelling ideas

• Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels

• Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives

• Manage video assets, file organization, and production timelines efficiently

• Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and social media content trends

• Assist in content production for events, interviews, testimonials, and company activities

• Revise and improve video content based on feedback and performance results

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or related role

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of videography techniques, lighting, composition, and audio recording

• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing purposes

• Able to operate camera equipment and handle video production independently

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Able to work under deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments

• Willing to work on-site in BSD City
