Job description for Videographer & Content Creator at SOMA FIGHT CLUB
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Film and edit short-form video reels of classes across all disciplines — boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and strength & conditioning.
- Update daily class recap Stories, ensuring every day at SOMA is documented without gaps.
- Manage the SOMA Fight Club Instagram account, including daily Stories covering schedules, promotions, and events.
- Respond to Instagram DMs and comments in a timely, on-brand manner.
- Collaborate with the media team on longer-form content, campaigns, and event coverage — including fight nights, retreats, and seminars.
- Organize and hand off raw footage in a clear, well-labeled system.
- Be proactive in bringing new content ideas to the media team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- The candidate is currently in Bali and is available to attend an in-person interview.
- Demonstrated experience filming and editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels or TikTok).
- Comfortable working in a gym environment daily, filming live classes without disrupting training.
- Working knowledge of Instagram account management — Stories, Highlights, and basic community response.
- Strong time management — able to consistently hit daily posting deadlines without reminders.
- Collaborative mindset, able to take direction from and coordinate with the media team.
